1st April 2018 10:30am meet at Rimac car park, don't forget your wellies and you may need to wrap up warm.
2018 SHBC AGM
08th April 10:00am at Saltfleet Village Hall, Sea Lane Saltfleet, LN11 7RP. Don't forget to bring your membership card if you wish to take part in proceedings.
The SHBC Bouyage Masters will arrange a high water inspection of the buoyage in the channel and report any issues to the Management Committee. A status report will be issued to all members as soon as is practicable. NB. As of 08 April 2018 this task will now be undertaken by the 2018 SHBC
Skegness Yacht Club Wainfleet BBQ
28th July 2018. Start time is expected to be late afternoon to early evening. For those who plan to sail or motor down to Wainfleet HW times on the day are 07:20hrs and 19:48hrs. If you are interested to go by sea, please make it known to a member of the Committee.

October 31st. Boats Out check tide height/times to suit
Reminder for Lower Berths , if you leave your boat on it's mooring for the winter make sure your boat is insured and please check at regular intervals that your boat is secure and floating. Outlet Berths ALL Out.
All dates/events are subject to weather and time and possible change, and working party details may be arranged during the year. Please keep the committee informed if you require any changes, you may want to organize a social event at the club house, a trip to not-to faraway places, go down the Haven to check out the channel or you may just need assistance.
SHBC Fishing Competitions will be announced via notice on club gate.
Tide Tables for 2018
Tide Tables will be available on request!
A copy of 2018 tides will be shown on the club notice board near the CH/gate and in the club house.
NB: Don’t forget the club house is available to you anytime. If your new to the club and want showing around the kitchen, toilet etc; just ask a member or one of the committee.
Winter Fishing all members participating should be experienced and take extra care, channel marks may be lost during the cold winter period, notify Buoyage officer if any concerns (via club web page or E-Mail)
RAF Donna Nook Bombing Range
Mid week sailing/fishing to be arranged by members as and when, let someone know when you go out and be aware that we are just south of Donna Nook bombing range and this is active on most days of the week except Sat/Sunday, advice can be sort on the day (call: RAF Donna Nook Range on VHF channel 16 if you wish to go through the range).
North or South of the Haven, if you have problems call “Humber Coast Guard” on Channel 16 or use channel 71 if out with other club members
Boats Leaving or Arriving at the Haven:
Use channel 71 and Call: “ HAVEN TRAFFIC ““ HAVEN TRAFFIC “ if no reply then assume traffic clear and proceed with caution, if you get a response then let caller know your intentions and position.
